DAS Alliance Group accepts development projects from approved affiliates. All submitted projects must include a certain level of review by the submitted. All projects will be reviewed by our proforma team for placement either with our fund or with another development group if it meets industry development standards.
While we successfully place many of the submitted projects, not all projects will align with the wide range of developers which we have relationship with. Projects sometimes fall out of the standards required for development due to economic, construction cost, feasibility and other conditions. If we turn down a project, please track the project until conditions change significantly and then resubmit.
